Loans With No Credit Or Poor Credit

Many times people with no credit or people with bad credit are the ones most in need of a loan. Whether the lack of credit or poor credit is their fault or because of unfortunate circumstances is irrelevant. So how can you get a $5000 loan with bad credit? or a $2000 loan; no credit?
Unfortunately if you don’t have good credit most of the options out there are less than desirable. Which leads to the advice; please avoid taking out loans as much as possible until your credit is either cleaned up or established. The options available will probably only hurt your credit score more drastically unless you are positive you will be able to meet all the conditions of the loan.

The most obvious option for people with less than perfect credit is a payday loan. They do not require a credit check, or any explanation of past credit history. However, the fees for this type of loan can be huge. The origination fees are typically 17% of the loan up to $350 and there are interest rates on top of that (usually 4-600% compounded ANNUALLY, this loan is usually very short term). As you can see this can get you into an endless cycle of borrowing and paying off, or attempting to pay off debt. This option should only be used in an emergency.

For those whose bad credit or lack of credit has a reasonable explanation you should attempt to obtain a loan from one of the many peer to peer lending sites on the web. You will be given a chance to explain why you need a loan, and the lenders have the option of only covering part of the loan and thus lessening their own risk.

Lastly, you can always borrow from a trusted friend or relative. This option comes with a different set of risks depending on how trustworthy you are, and whether or not the lender will constantly hang the fact that you needed money over your head.
